UI designers think about flows, states, edge cases, accessibility, and developer constraints that a graphic designer never has to consider.
Which Career Path Pays More?
In India, UI/UX design roles generally offer higher salaries than graphic design roles, particularly in product companies and tech startups. Experienced UI/UX designers at product companies in Hyderabad earn ₹10L–₹25L, while experienced graphic designers typically earn ₹4L–₹12L at agencies and studios. The gap widens significantly with experience.
Can You Do Both?
